Problem Note 31126: Certain Unicode characters incorrectly display as blank character on plot
The Euro character is incorrectly displayed as a blank character for the data points on a plot when specifying FONT='Arial/unicode' and VALUE='20ac'x on a SYMBOL statement. For example:
symbol1 font='Arial/unicode' value='20ac'x interpol=join color=blue;
This issue is most likely to occur when the hex value of the Unicode character contains '20'.
To circumvent the problem, specify the hex value for the Euro character from the Arial font. For example:
symbol1 font='Arial' value='80'x interpol=join color=blue;
